These terms apply to your use of Phonics Sense. If a child uses the App, a parent or guardian must review these terms and supervise the child's use, purchases, feedback submissions, and optional rewarded advertisements.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for learning and other non-commercial purposes, subject to the applicable app-store rules. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, interfere with, reverse engineer except where law permits, or misuse the App, its audio, lessons, artwork, or other content.
Phonics Sense Premium is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The features, tax-inclusive price, currency, billing period, and any eligible introductory offer are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation. Trial eligibility is determined by the applicable store.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Unless canceled within the period required by the applicable store, the subscription renews and the store charges the next period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Removing the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store rules. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. iOS use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Free users may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an in-app ticket. Ad availability and successful reward delivery are not guaranteed. Tickets have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a purchased currency.
The App is an educational aid and does not guarantee a particular learning result. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Internet-dependent analytics, purchases, ads, feedback, and update checks may be unavailable even when offline lesson content remains usable.
Our Privacy Policy explains local learning data and the information processed by Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, Google advertising services, app stores, Google Forms, and this Cloudflare Pages website.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms when the App or legal requirements change and will post the effective date here.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
