Q: How do I reset my learning progress?

Go to Settings → "Reset Learning Data". This will delete all scores, streaks, and history. This action cannot be undone.

Q: Can I change the voice?

Yes! Go to Settings → Voice Settings. You can choose from Female (Jenny), Male (Andrew), or Young Speaker (Ana).

Q: What languages does the app support?

The app interface is available in Japanese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), and Hindi. The phonics content teaches English sounds regardless of the interface language.

Q: Does the app work offline?

Yes, all phonics sounds and exercises work offline. An internet connection may only be needed for loading fonts on the first launch.

Q: Is the app free?

Phonics Sense is free to download with all lessons, dictionary, and 8 game types included. Free users receive 5 tickets and can earn more by watching short reward ads. An optional subscription ("Phonics Sense Premium") removes ads, provides unlimited game plays, unlocks the learning dashboard, weak-sound training, and 3 exclusive game modes.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Go to Google Play → Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account and will be restored automatically.

Q: Is my data safe?

All your learning data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
