Q: How do I reset my learning progress?

Go to Settings → "Reset Learning Data". This will delete all scores, streaks, and history. This action cannot be undone.

Q: Can I change the voice?

Yes! Go to Settings → Voice Settings. You can choose from Female (Jenny), Male (Andrew), or Young Speaker (Ana).

Q: What languages does the app support?

The app interface is available in 19 languages, including Japanese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Malay, Bengali, Filipino, and Urdu. The phonics content teaches English sounds regardless of the interface language.

Q: Does the app work offline?

Core phonics sounds and exercises work offline. An internet connection is used for analytics, subscription offering and verification, optional rewarded ads and consent choices, app-store update checks, feedback, and public website content.

Q: Is the app free?

Phonics Sense is free to download with all lessons, dictionary, and 8 game types included. Free users receive 3 tickets and can earn more by choosing to watch short reward ads. An optional subscription ("Phonics Sense Premium") removes ads, provides unlimited game plays, unlocks the learning dashboard, weak-sound training, and 3 exclusive game modes.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Go to Google Play → Subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Q: How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchase. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account and will be restored automatically.

Q: Is my data safe?

Your learning data is stored locally on your device. Subscription, analytics, and optional advertising providers may process information needed to provide their services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Phonics Sense Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Plans: Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by storefront.
Seven-day free trial: Eligible new subscribers to the annual plan receive seven days free. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the annual subscription price shown at sign-up is charged after the trial.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android).
Eligibility: Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play. Users who are not eligible can still subscribe at the displayed annual price.
